Our Approach

What It Means to Be an Integrator

Tiba Neo's core offering is programme integration — not direct clinical practice. We convert authorised demand into a managed pathway: referral validation, scheduling, logistics, supplier coordination, service-level management, data consolidation, invoice support and improvement planning. Our role is to make specialist healthcare programmes work — safely, sustainably and accountably.

Separate clinical from commercial

Clinical decision-making remains with licensed providers. Tiba Neo coordinates the programme — never influencing patient selection, treatment or discharge.

Vendor-neutral by design

Technology recommendations are guided by clinical value and operational sustainability — not supplier relationships. We evaluate options transparently and advocate for the institution.

Open-book accountability

Transparent tariffs, approved budgets, independent invoice verification and auditable records at every stage. Public-sector step-in, audit and termination rights are preserved.

Evidence before scale

Phased governance gates mean no equipment commitment, long-term contract or clinical launch proceeds without verified safety, demand, affordability and value.

Where We Operate

Rooted in Uganda. Built for East Africa.

Tiba Neo is a Ugandan company — locally led, locally accountable and deeply familiar with the healthcare environment in which we operate. Our Kampala headquarters and telemedicine base centre provide a launch platform for expanding validated services across facilities, specialties and East African markets.

As we grow, our ambition extends across East Africa. The challenges Tiba Neo addresses — gaps in specialist care, workforce capacity constraints, fragmented technology adoption — are shared across the region. We are building the foundations now to serve that broader need.

Our long-term vision is to become Africa's leading healthcare innovation and programme development partner, advancing equitable access to high-quality, technology-enabled healthcare.

Our Story

About Tiba Neo Health Care

Tiba Neo Health Care Ltd is a Ugandan healthcare innovation and programme development company, headquartered in Kampala. We were founded to address a clear and persistent challenge: the gap between the growing demand for specialist, technology-enabled healthcare in Uganda and East Africa, and the capacity of existing systems to deliver it safely and sustainably.

We are not a hospital, a clinic, or a technology vendor. We are a healthcare integrator — connecting clinical expertise, technology, workforce capability and institutional capacity through structured, accountable programmes. Our role is to make specialist healthcare work: to design, coordinate and manage the pathways, partnerships and platforms that turn authorised demand into delivered care.

Tiba Neo is an emerging company. We are transparent about where we are in our development and what we are building towards. Our credibility rests on the quality of our thinking, the rigour of our governance, and the trust we build with every partner and institution we work with.
