Who We Are
Tiba Neo was founded on a straightforward observation: the gap between clinical ambition and operational reality in African healthcare is not primarily a gap in intent — it is a gap in integration. Hospitals want to offer better specialist services. Institutions want to adopt technology responsibly. Professionals want to develop their skills. Patients want access to quality care. The challenge is connecting those needs into programmes that actually work.
We were established to be that connection — the accountable integration layer that brings together clinical priorities, capable institutions, specialist suppliers and public oversight into sustainable, governed programmes. From our headquarters and telemedicine base centre in Kampala, Uganda, East Africa, we integrate specialised medicine, robotic-assisted surgery, digital care, workforce development and equipment partnerships through one locally supported platform.
